More About Reilly…
Hello, I’m Reilly, a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth.
I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strength and find a path to lasting change. It is my belief that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create a life that reflects their true potential. If you’re ready to take that first step toward transformation, I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
I understand that life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming, and I believe that healing begins with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can truly be heard. Whether you are struggling with persistent anxiety, the weight of past trauma, or a lack of self-confidence, I am here to support you in understanding your feelings, developing healthier coping strategies, and rediscovering your sense of empowerment.
Beyond the Therapy Office
My role as a mom adds another layer to my approach, allowing myself to connect with clients—especially parents—on a personal level, understanding the complexities of balancing family life and self-care. Beyond my professional and parenting responsibilities, I find joy in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, playing with my daughter and husband, or simply soaking in nature with family and friends. This love for nature not only enriches my personal life but it also influences my therapeutic perspective, recognizing the healing power of fresh air, movement, and connection with loved ones.
Education & Background
I earned my Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand View University in 2022. My time at Grand View University and clinical hours equipped me with both the academic knowledge and practical skills needed to support individuals in their journey toward healing. This laid the groundwork for my current specialization in anxiety, depression, and life transitions and I am committed to continuing my education and staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic approaches to best serve my clients.
